We had inquired about the possible purchase of a new Subaru Forester but were unsure of whether we would be able to work out a satisfactory trade with our old vehicle. Mike Francis made every effort to accommodate us, going as far as to offer to come to the dealership on his day off to meet us. Mike spent the good part of the day with us, encouraging me to drive both a Forester and an Outback when I expressed some indecision as to which vehicle I preferred. He was very patient, answered all of our questions, and worked with us to finalize the purchase of a new 2014 Forester. He explained all aspects of the vehicle, even synced up our cell phones with the Bluetooth system.
