Mike was born and raised in Erie, PA. He has a son that he adopted in 2007. His family is from New Jersey and tries to visit them as much as possible. He graduated from McDowell High School and also earned a degree in Communications from Penn State Behrend. Mike has been with New Motors since April of 2011 and was a plumber for 10 years prior to that. One of his greatest strengths is that he's very personable and easy to talk to. In the summer, Mike enjoys spending his free time with friends and family being outdoors, golfing, camping, and riding four-wheelers. In the fall and winter, he tries to stay busy by shooting in a pool league and rooting for his favorite team, the Buffalo Bills. He looks forward to meeting you and helping you find your next vehicle!

Salespeople (primarily Mike Francis) were friendly and knowledgeable, we reached a fair deal on a new car and trade without any haggling. Trade appraisal and paperwork were quick and easy. 2020 Ascent Purchase We ordered a custom Ascent from the factory through New Motors. Ryan Franklin was our sales person and he did a STELLAR job in taking care of us and e We ordered a custom Ascent from the factory through New Motors. Ryan Franklin was our sales person and he did a STELLAR job in taking care of us and ensuring everything we needed (and some things we didn't realize we needed and should have!) was taken care of. He kept us informed all along the way where our car was, and even called as production progress was made. We purchased our Outback here and were sad to trade it in, but getting the Ascent was worth it! The way we were treated has earned our loyalty and we will DEFINTELY be purchasing another car here in the future! More
