Mike Beck was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very nice that I interacted with. I went on a Saturday. It was very busy. Used cars were selling very fast. Mike was super patient with me as I had to take call during our purchase. However, I am glad that I filled out the Finance details prior to in but wish I would have made an appt, as I all but purchased during our purchase. We completed a purchase of brand new 2025 Tundra last Saturday. My wife and I had a very pleasant car buying experience last week. Mike was our car sale expert and he gave us all information we asked and showed us cars we expected. We expected to buy a full sized pickup between F-150 and Tundra and asked for testing driving. Mike brought us to a seemed car testing site to test car’s performance and comfort. It let us very confident in Tundra without a second thought and we immediately got a deal smoothly. Mike took a moment to help me set up phone connection and remote control on phone when I came to pick it up last Saturday. Whole process was very smooth and took about 3 and half hours. We are very pleased with our new car and thanks Mike for helping us found a perfect expected vehicle! More

David was great, and that's where it ends. I paid $1500 for a "ceramic coat" and they swirled my paint, and if anything was applied to my car at all, it definitely wasn't a real ceramic coat I paid $1500 for a "ceramic coat" and they swirled my paint, and if anything was applied to my car at all, it definitely wasn't a real ceramic coat like the aftermarket guy promised. I brought my car to 2 detailers that specialize in ceramic coats and they pointed that out too. Even on vertical surfaces of the car water beads and sticks, and even with compressed air it does not roll off the car. They have wasted my time for 3 weeks now. I spent 6 hours last Friday calling and driving around getting quotes on 1 of my 5 days off for the next month, and now they changed their mind back to wanting me to spend another 10+ hours total driving there and back again twice with the hopes that I won't get the same hack job again. I not only didn't get what I paid for, but I got a worse product than if I didn't pay for it at all and have had many hours of my time wasted at this point. The guy doing financing was also very pushy and condescending. More
