We have been driving Toyota's for the last 20 years. We had a 1993 Camry which we had for 10 years we traded it in for a 2003 Toyota Sienna which lasted us for another 10 years and would probably still be had a 1993 Camry which we had for 10 years we traded it in for a 2003 Toyota Sienna which lasted us for another 10 years and would probably still be driving it but we wanted a new car. We went to a couple of dealerships looking for yes another Toyota and ended up at Toyota of Naperville. Everybody was so nice and friendly and was not pushy at all. We ended up buying a 2013 Camry Hybrid. They gave us a very good deal compared to all the others. Mike couldn't have been any nicer to us. He explained as much as he could to us about all the bells and whistles on the car because we got a loaded one this time. We are very happy with our purchase and know that we will get years and years of a great car. More

And Gary did a nice job with all the paperwork - explained everything very well. Also had an unfortunate encounter with a pothole the day after I drove my new car home, so also got acquainted with the service department folks who did a great job. Clearly, just buying the car is only half the story --but if they continue to provide the same level of excellent service, I'm sure I will continue to be a very happy customer! More

I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Mike Beck at 12:00pm and this was the first step in how professional this dealership and salesman were. Mike has a great attitude and a very pleasant person to speak with. I went to there website which is very well designed and friendly and found exactly what I was looking for. I had several automobiles that I wanted quoted and Mike had both priced in little time. We test drove both automobiles and I made my decision. The automobile was brought to the new car prep area. I was introduced to the Finance Manager, Dave Castellanos who made my lease purchase a very easy purchase, great person. By 2:45 pm I was loading my personal belongings from my old car into my new car. Mike then reviewed all of the aspects of the car to me, and by 3:00pm I was on my way.
