She was super knowledgeable!! She really is one of a kind! So happy and grateful that I met her!! I also worked with Victoria Sarocco, she did an excellent job of going over all the ppwk with us. She was patient and very thorough which we really appreciated since we had many questions! She was wonderful. All around it was an absolute pleasure working with both of you. James Geary also helped us. James was our BMW Genius and he was so awesome too. He made sure we had all the settings in our beautiful new car preset and he walked us through everything. He was so great and super knowledgeable too! Thank you all!! It was the best buying experience ever!!! More

The experience was above average at best. Very professional. There were communication issues. The delivery of the vehicle wasn’t as smooth and on time as I was told it would be.
