I felt as though I was the only client at the dealership. As a 58 year old Ive bought cars and truck for 40 years. This is the second used truck I buy at Kendall ram. I won't go any place else. Miguel was knowledgeable and showed me how well my truck was priced by showing time the other used trucks. More

This experience was the worst experience I've ever had at any car dealership. I've bought my fair share of cars and this far exceeded the disappointments I've ever experienced. First off, I brought my car in any car dealership. I've bought my fair share of cars and this far exceeded the disappointments I've ever experienced. First off, I brought my car in for low back tire message(for the 3rd time) since buying this vehicle Oct 2024 along with repairing a dent on my hood. Fidel(useless Fidel as I've referred to him by) met me and initially told me my warranty didn't cover the dent repairs. I informed him that was not true and even asked for a manager. He tried to convince me they didn't cover until I asked him to pull my info on his computer to which he apologized for his error on his part. It did cover the dent repair. He also found some leaked and malfunctioning systems on the car and informed me. The car sat at the dealer for some time with little communication. I've called and even attempted to speak to a manager on duty of which I've learned was Miguel(useless Miguel) who was supposed to call me back and never did. I've learned that he did get the message but just never called me about the status of my vehicle. Fidel again fought with me about alignment of my tires of which is also covered under warranty via text. I called and spoke to another service advisor, Evan, of who started to get information for me to get my vehicle back and explain to me he would get the tires aligned. He said he would get another manager, Chris, to look into my case. After almost 2 months of sitting at the dealership I popped in unexpectedly to find out what's going on with my car. I eventually spoke to Jonathan who was very involved in solving what was happening with my vehicle. I later that day got a close out survey from Kendall Jeep as if I have retrieved my Jeep to learn that Fidel closed the case out WITHOUT fixing the dent and giving me my car back. Jonathan was supposed to have taken over my case at this point and I told him if my car was ready before the weekend I would not be able to retrieve it as I travel for work and wouldn't be back for a few days. I got a text from Fidel that my car is ready and I can pick it up 20 mins before they closed of which I didn't reply because both him and Miguel should be far away from and anything to do with my vehicle at this point. Jonathan also assured me he would see that my rear tires are aligned. I learned that the case was closed without my dent being repaired and my car was sitting in Kendall for weeks until I popped in to see what was going on. I then got frustrated and gave them a week to have everything completed because we are approaching 2 months and my car is still in their possession. Jonathan seemed to have done everything he can to meet the deadline. When I went to get the car Jonathan was very apologetic. Chris, of whom I just met, gave me a dry apology that I wasn't pleased with but honestly what else could've been done at that moment. I reviewed my paperwork later one only to learn no alignment was completed. I'm over the alignment because my tires have warranty as well so I guess Jeep would have to change the tires more often. After about a month, the same issue with the low tire pressure popped up again. I have no interest in returning to Kendall Jeep for anything. Their service, besides Jonathan and Evan, is horrible. No communication and having to beg for warranty service I paid extra for is absurd, asinine and ludricrous. I no longer have an interest in having this jeep and will trade it in for a different brand. If the service is the same with Dodge Chrysler or Ram, I won't even bother. But if it's not I definitely have no interest in doing business nor recommending Kendall Jeep Dodge and Ram or any of their affiliates. Jonathan and Evan were the only two main ones employees that showed any attempt in rectifying the situation through some sort of communication and results. More
