Micky was very informative and made sure my concerns were addressed. He was great! The woman who booked my appointment was not very helpful. She could not give me a rough estimate of the time it would tak addressed. He was great! The woman who booked my appointment was not very helpful. She could not give me a rough estimate of the time it would take to get my car serviced. She insisted I need to talk to the service advisor. But then she wanted to know if my plans were to wait, use their Uber service, or have my own transportation. How am I supposed to answer that when she cannot tell me how long my car will take to be serviced! Very disappointing!! More
