Una vez que estos se hayan utilizado, puede adquirir un plan de mantenimiento prepagado a una tarifa con descuento. La mayoría de los fabricantes ofrecen un número limitado de servicios de cortesía, o ninguno en absoluto. Toyota a nivel corporativo es quien controla esto, no el concesionario. Sorry to hear you are disappointed. The first 4 services are complimentary. After those have been used, you can purchase pre-paid maintenance plan at a discounted rate. Most manufacturers have limited complimentary services or none at all. Toyota corporate controls this, not the dealer. I hope your visit went well with our team. We hope to serve you in the future.

There's a way to encourage your upselling and addons to the appointments, she expressed to me Phillip Stravers made her feel stupid in a blatant way, so our very next appointment, I will be the one bringing in my car and I was deal with Phillip Stravers myself, and there's going to be choice words for the guy that hes not going to like, Since he feels he can say whatever - however he wants I'll do the same.
