This Honda dealership’s Service Department is EXCELLENT! Service is prompt and professional. Tiffany goes over every aspect of service and the cost of each one completed and of those that may need tending t Service is prompt and professional. I’ve been a Honda driver for many years, NEVER having a serious problem with my Honda SUV. I attribute that to a great car and an outstanding Honda Service Department!!! More

Made appointment on 12/30/25 at 12:00. All time slots for appointments are free and available for the day. When I bring my car in Bill tells me they may not get to run diagnostic on my car All time slots for appointments are free and available for the day. When I bring my car in Bill tells me they may not get to run diagnostic on my car before the end of the day. Which they don’t. This is the only thing I need done on my car at that point so it’s not as if they had numerous things done and just didn’t get to all of them. Considering there are no customers there when I get there and all the time slots were open, it’s just another example of poor customer service at this dealership and another reason I question their honesty and integrity. I’ve been dealing with this dealership for the past 7 years and have found their customer service is lousy at best and their ability to properly diagnose issues with the car is subpar. But they do excel in one category, and that is upselling. I’d be hard pressed to recall many times I’ve brought my car in without a range of suggested services being pushed on me. I would not recommend services at this dealership to anyone. My husband was smarter than me when he bought his Honda. He didn’t get the oil change plan. And he doesn’t get his car serviced at this dealership. It’s quite interesting that he’s had zero issues with his car. More
