I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Edge on July 19, 2022 from Gunn Honda with Eric Salazar as the sales agent for this purchase. I made the purchase and when getting the car home I discovered it was missing from Gunn Honda with Eric Salazar as the sales agent for this purchase. I made the purchase and when getting the car home I discovered it was missing the drivers door handle lock cover. I promptly texted Eric and left him voice mails as well which were not responded to. My wife and I then contacted Mr. Tim Rivers and he stated the situation would be taken care of. On Aug. 17, 2022 I went in to pick up my plates and registration with a text from Eric to pick up my missing part in the parts department. They had no item there for pick up by me! I promptly texted Eric Salazar and he stated they would mail it to me via local mail. It is now August 25th and I still have no part for my Ford Edge drivers door handle! As a side note, I checked the cold tire pressure the next day after purchasing the vehicle and identified that all four tires were @ 27 psi, the rating for these tires cold is 35 psi. Gunn Honda can't even check their vehicles properly before turning them over to buying customers to insure they are up to specs! I would advise to look else where before making a purchase from this group! More

I ordered an inspection for a 2008 Honda Element. Salesman Anthony Velazquez tried to pressure me into buying before my report was ready. As it turns out, the vehicle has problems. Here is an excerpt: Under the hood, all fluids were full and in good condition. While checking under the vehicle I found evidence of a fluid leak but was unable to determine the source. The area should be cleaned off and source of leak verified. Area in question is seen leaking down front of the transmission, see photo. Also worth noting, the passenger cv axle area has evidence of a seep, again the area should be cleaned off and source of leak verified. Michael Yaseen, sales manager, was condescending and self righteous on the phone. More

Only good before you pay I bought a certified preowned with them. I have been buying Honda for 10 years now, and they were the worst dealer I have ever seen. That were suppose I bought a certified preowned with them. I have been buying Honda for 10 years now, and they were the worst dealer I have ever seen. That were supposed to give me a second key, never did. When I visited them to get it, they did have it and told me I had to wait for 2 hours. When I asked for a loner, as I couldn’t wait two hours, I only heard “we are sorry”. Piece of advice: get everything you need before you pay. After that, you are on your own. More
