We are so happy with the service at World Subaru. Our sales associate Glen "JR" Miller was the best; he spent a great deal of time with us including 2 separate test drives and he went over-and-above to make us happy with our purchase. The process of trading in our car and buying the new car could not have been smoother. Each step of the process was handled by a specialist and was fast and easy. A nice additional touch was having the delivery specialist Nicole Sciamarelli walk us through the features of our new car including syncing up our phones. I highly recommend World Subaru; our experience was excellent. More

With the reputation SUBARU has, the car could almost sell itself, leaving the sales team without much to do; however, that is not the case at World SUBARU in Tinton Falls.. My salesman, Sam Spencer, worked tirelessly to make every moment of the purchase of my "oh-so-fabulous Crosstrek" very EASY for me. He was patient and had all of the answers to my many questions. And then it was off to the finane department where I worked with Michael Warnock. Once again, I was able to have all of my questions answered by Michael. I was very happy that Michael suggested insurance on my tires, as I have had tire insurance on my previous vehicles and I know the value of it. Bad from beginning I called because I was interested in a bmw that they had posted for sale. Intending to pay all or most of the cost, I asked if the needed a certified I called because I was interested in a bmw that they had posted for sale. Intending to pay all or most of the cost, I asked if the needed a certified check over the phone and they said no. When I arrived they said that they would not accept a personal check to exceed 3k. I asked about a certified check and of course they said no, the obviously wanted the pay out of a loan. I reluctantly agreed for the to run my credit and I asked them to run it once, the ran it 7 times shopping my score around causing my credit to plummet. They did not have the right or permission to do this and damage my credit. When I asked their credit person why he did that before speaking to me he said it didn't matter it's all the same we ran them all on the same day. He insisted I boutique extended warranties on wheels and body for 10k again I reluctantly agreed considering the vehicle is a 90k car. 8 months later, I discovered that the body of the car was full of bonding compound and painted over to cover damage. This has resulted in 20k worth of body work and repair.
