Our third Subaru from World We live in Westchester County, NY, and there is actually a Subaru dealership right here in our little town of Pleasantville. I grew up in Central Jers We live in Westchester County, NY, and there is actually a Subaru dealership right here in our little town of Pleasantville. I grew up in Central Jersey and had purchased a new Forester and Outback at World in the past. For the sake of convenience, I briefly considered going with our local dealer but I didn't care for the salesman at all. I was on the fence about whether to trade-in or put money into our Outback and drive it for another year or two. So I went online to check the inventory at World and request a trade-in estimate. Right away someone from World called me (didn't catch his name). That was helpful because I'm a procrastinator and his call got me moving. He was a nice guy and I didn't want to hurt his feelings but told him we loved Girsh Berman. I was relieved when he offered to turn me over to Girsh without my having to ask. As soon as I heard Girsh's voice, my decision was made. He sold us our last Outback, and has also sold two Subaru cars to my Brother and another to my Sister. We have a long-standing relationship with him that is built upon trust and mutual respect. I told him what we were looking for and he was able to offer me a selection that far exceeded the inventory/allocation of our local dealer. Girsh and I took care of everything over the phone. I went down to Tinton Falls to seal the deal and it was as easy and pleasant as you could imagine. After Michael Warnock helped with the financial end of things, I realized that we purchased the car sight-unseen, without a test drive! That's because the trust I have for Girsh and Subaru go hand-in-hand. I knew the car I was getting and trusted him to take care of everything. What he provided far exceeded my hopes and expectations. I've never loved a car so much as our new 2016 Outback! More
