Upon entering, we were greeted by Rich Riccitelli, who we ended up buying the car from. He was extremely friendly unlike the salespeople from All American Subaru! He listened to all of our wants and needs in a new car, and he pulled up a few for us to test drive. After figuring out what I wanted, we sat down with Rich and talked numbers, and locating the car that I want in the color I want. My car was a bit hard to find since I wanted it in a manual, but Rich assured me that we could find one somewhere, as long as we were willing to wait. Even while we awaited the car to be delivered, Rich called periodically to keep us updated on the delivery of the car. Finally, when the day arrived, Rich had us in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours! He had all of the paperwork and insurance ready for us to sign as soon as we arrived. Rich made this by far the quickest, most efficient and stress free car buying process ever! We also had the pleasure of getting acquainted with the new car with the help of Daniella Brisindi. She was so knowledgeable about the car, even though she explained that this was the first of that model that she has ever had to show. She kept it short, sweet, and to the point while also giving a thorough overview of the car and it's features! More

My Salesman Glen Miller, was very good about getting back to me in reference to my questions. The lease/paperwork process was the fastest I had ever experienced as Glen had done a lot of the "footwork" prior to me arriving at the Dealership. Then there was my delivery specialist Daniella Brisindi. I'm 61 and to say my technical skills are less than average would be an understatement. She took the time to thoroughly explain the various functions of my new car. She was patient when a couple of questions were repeated by me . More
