I was born and raised in the Windy City (Chicago). Moved to SoCal in 1986 and now a new resident of Arizona. My wife of 26 years and I enjoy playing golf. We have a son, 24 years old, who resides and works in Portland, Oregon. We have two Shitzu’s, Sami and Momo. I’ve been on the aftersales part of the auto industry for going on 37 years. I started with the awesome Volvo brand in 1992, the inception of the 850 model. Been witness to a lot of transition, Volvo is the worlds safest vehicle and continues to be the leader of safety technology.

The whole staff was so cordial and helpful. Mr UCHIDA explained everything before servicing and explained the changes after. I did not get charged for Tire Rotation since it was not needed. Friendly when making appointment and friendly when I got to dealer. Was in for 20K check up and oil change. There was a computer upgrade done and my entire time from check in to check out was well over to dealer. Was in for 20K check up and oil change. There was a computer upgrade done and my entire time from check in to check out was well over 2 hours. I was not offered a ride home or courtesy car. In the past 3 days my computer system in the car has shut down and I assume rebooted three different times. I was not told that that was going to happen so I assume it's a problem and will have to make another appointment to have that rectified. I wish the scree map could be made bigger as you can not drive and read the street names at all. More
