He had he car ready and waiting for me when I asked for an extended test drive. When it came down to purchase day. I was offered fair trade on my vehicle. The Sales Manager was very nice and remembered me. He came over and said hello to my family and entertained any questions we had. The gentleman in the Finance office was funny and precise. Very personable. I cannot praise the entire experience enough. We were in and out with a car in 3 hrs. I got the payment I wanted, the car I wanted and the car buying experience you would receive from Ferman MINI of Tampa Bay. I highly recommend you purchase a vehicle with them. When you go.
