I had not planned on this one, but my 330 as totaled in an accident, I walked away even when all six airbags were deployed, that says something, too, about BMW safety. When the car was being delivered i gave them specific instructions on what to do with the car and they were more than helpful and accommodated all my needs. They went above and beyond and i was treated like family. I even left with a few gifts! Noha in finance was very professional and friendly. Even after taking delivery, Agata helped answer every question i had over the phone and went above and beyond. Overall, i had the best experience and wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!
