I dont recommend this place for auto service especially if you dont have auto warranty. They will rip you off. my experienced here. First I paid tire rotation but they did not rotate the tires. I know they if you dont have auto warranty. They will rip you off. my experienced here. First I paid tire rotation but they did not rotate the tires. I know they didnt rotate the tire cause I put a mark. Second, they said my battery is fair need to change in my next visit. When I went for my next visit they said my battery is good. So i didnt change the battery. The next visit they said my battery is poor that I need to change the battery. No consistency. Third. They said I need to change the filter in my cabin and engine. I told them ill do it. I bought the filter in honda. When i got home to change the engine filter they did not put back the screw. when my AC broke they rip me off. I asked how much the “ out the door price”. They said 2100. When I went there to get my car they charge me more it went up to 2500. And they even charge me 3% to use my CC. If you have mo warranty beware in going to this place for auto service. More

Michael Mack did a great job working with the technicians in the service department to try to resolve the issue with the transmission on my wife's 2008 Accord and helping me decide to trade it in for a new c in the service department to try to resolve the issue with the transmission on my wife's 2008 Accord and helping me decide to trade it in for a new car. The he introduced us to Chris Irvin and Stephanie Mejia who analyzed our needs and brought us a new Accord and new CRV to test drive. After helping us decide on the Accord, Chris helped me by professionally explaining the different options to choose from and working up a rough cost for us to consider. Shareif Hammad then did a superb job in working up the final costs to meet our needs, while Chris worked with Augie Cardona to schedule installation of several of the options my wife selected that enabled me to pick up the new car at a time and date that I could accommodate. Overall a very professional team effort. More

I went to Brandon Honda and met Superman, Christopher Irvin. Mr. Irvin made the process of purchasing my car the smoothest, easiest and fastest I've ever experience in buying a car. This is my 3rd vehic Irvin. Mr. Irvin made the process of purchasing my car the smoothest, easiest and fastest I've ever experience in buying a car. This is my 3rd vehicle from Brandon Honda but this is my 1st most pleasurable experience at Brandon Honda. He's not the typical sales consultant that tells you what you think you want to hear so he can get you in a vehicle. He actually listens to you and works with you. He's straight up, transparent, honest and a man of his word. I hope Christopher Irvin is around the next time I have to purchase another vehicle. Mr. Irvin is like my barber, when you find a good one, you keep them. I'm so happy about my experience with Mr. Christopher Irvin that I can go on for days.
