They offered a 10 day hold on check to pay the car in full so we could transfer money into our account then tried to cash it immediately. the check obviously bounced causing late charges and upset. Called to get an explanation and never heard from them. Customer service is non existent. Once they get your money they don’t care how they treat you. Shop at another dealer. More

The sales department led by Mike Freeman made the process easy and stress free. When we needed to purchase a new vehicle, we decided to stay with Martin Main Line Honda because of their excellent Service Dep easy and stress free. From check-in to diagnostics, communication with the customer, execution of the work order, to final checkout, everyone on the service team does their job very well! Several staff aren’t good at responding (except Helena) and condescending regarding questions/concerns about functions and service matters in my new HR-V. (When you’re told that email is the best way to reach them and they still have answered in 3—10 days it is frustrating. This also is the same behavior for some phone calls. As new owners, we would have appreciated more than 10-15 minutes of a speedy tutorial (our son-in-law bought another make new car with all new technology and the dealer set up an hour tutorial for him to learn the features). I also am insulted that service was dismissive when I said the climate control system is not working well. They said they found no issues, yet we have to turn heat up to higher than 80 before it starts to get warm (after the car has been operating for 10 or more minutes, not with a cold engine). Then, it changes back to cool air after we’ve driven for a while, not what we wanted! Passenger side hardly gets warm air. This is after we tried all the suggested actions both from the manual and the service tech. What’s going to happen in the summer when we want a/c? Will it behave in the same undesirable manner? They need to have better follow-up and not just be incommunicado after they have made the sale. More

What a happy experience! Sales Consultant Claude Wilcox at Martin Main Line Honda, walked me through the usually confusing process of a new car purchase. He helped me pick the perfect vehicle, a new Honda Passport and select the right options for my needs as a senior citizen. Additionally the whole team at Martin Honda was there to support me, the Sales Manager was especially helpful in assuring I got a fair value for my trade in and the Finance Manager made sure I got the best financing available. They were not to be out done by the Service Department which made my Passport look every inch the bright new vehicle, right down to the lug nuts! Once again my hats off to Claude Wilcox the salesman to see at Martin Main Line Honda. More
