Great experience, considering it was leasing an car—our 2024 Hyundai Elantra. The customer service here is a joke from management down to the service department! I purchased 2 2024 sonata’s both have front number defects, I’ve bought it up to the management team they have no response to the service department! Next we get a 2024 Santa Fe the transmission goes after just 2 weeks, my Santa Fe has now been in the shop for over a month. There has been no communication! I have to keep calling for an update. They ordered the part and then didn’t even know they had to order more. 33 days now my car is still sitting there. More
