Sam Nelson, the sales manager, made the numbers work without all the usual back-and-forth, which I really appreciated. I originally planned to only handle my daughter’s lease, but Sam let me know I might be able to get out of my own lease early and into a Type S. He worked it out, and I’m thrilled with the result. In finance, Sean Bradford explained everything clearly and kept the process moving. Overall the entire team made this one of the smoothest car-buying experiences I’ve had.
