I'm extremely disappointed since the transition from 1st team to Southern Team. I worked for 31 years for Parts Depot Company here in the Roanoke Valley. We delivered aftermarket parts to your service d team to Southern Team. I worked for 31 years for Parts Depot Company here in the Roanoke Valley. We delivered aftermarket parts to your service departments daily. You guys charged me $31 to change the license plate bulb on my last visit for state inspection (I was going out of town on vacation and was basically stuck as there was no time for me to fix it myself and come back for reinspection). That is a $0.27 warehouse distribution cost (WD) item. I can stomach the $3 you charged for the bulb, but not the $28 for labor. You should be ashamed of yourselves. What's worse, when got home and look a the rear of my Frontier, the license plate housing wasn't even seated to the chrome bumper and was hanging out. If you had any sense of honor and wish to retain customers, you'd refund the charge instead of lining your pockets. Not at all happy: David M. Milan More
