It is never our intent to have a customer not satisfied. This was the first time we have ever seen this vehicle. This vehicle has not been to a Toyota store in 7 years, frankly the condition the car was in when it arrived at our facility prohibited us to complete the work efficiently. In addition, we needed to have a master key provided to complete the job, and the customer did not provide it. We would be happy to revisit the repair but would need the key to do so.
