She was down to earth and not pushy. Told me the ins and outs of my options and helped me make my choice. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision or taken advantage of especially being a women buying a car. She was patient with all my questions and so sweet. Also her coworker(think he name was Richard or Robert Leiveine) was a pleasure to deal with also. I left happy and relieved, unlike the past where I just wanted to get out and run. Definetly will be returning when it's that time again and will referring my friends and clients to her and her staff. More
