Great New Car Experience I went to DCH to find a used car and ended up with a new car.The car I was looking at just didn't work with what I could offer. I talked to Megan and I went to DCH to find a used car and ended up with a new car.The car I was looking at just didn't work with what I could offer. I talked to Megan and she brought us into her office and she discussed different options we could look into. She said look at the NEW HRV so we did. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and in that business it's good to know somebody like Megan. She waited for a salesman for us. His name was Robert and he was the prefect salesman for us. We chatted with Robert about the HRV and he showed us all the great things about it. Robert was the best salesman we could have hoped for. We ended our experience with Paul and if it wasn't for our love of professional wrestling he probably could have had us out of there in under 25 minutes. She might not be rich in experience and there were things she was not completely sure, but she did not hide this fact and was quick to respond when she got the answers. Thus we find her trustworthy. She was driven like any sales person should be, but never very pushy and this makes her very easy to relate to. Overall, she has done a good job and has represented the dealership well in delivering very good customer service. More
