3rd time customer Dan did a good job under some setbacks. We waited a long period of time for the car we had reserved to be brought from another lot. Dan was cordial, appreciative of our patience, and understanding. Ordinarily I would not have waited as long as I did weren't for Dan and his engagement in our situation. He kept touching base with us with updates and checked in with management regarding our situation. We were offered food and beverages, and engaged in conversation with Dan as he tried to work through an uncomfortable situation. Nice job Dan as things turned out well, the car is great and finance pushed us through quickly to make up for lost time. Thanks Dan, I would recommend anyone looking for a new Honda to work with Dan.
