Srv Advisor, Zach was amazing. There are no MItsubishi dealerships in my area so I have about a 2 hour drive and Zach couldn't have been more sympathetic. He kept in constant contact with me, notifying me when parts arrived so I wasn't making an unnecessary trip. He was extremely busy but took the time to answer my questions without making me feel like I had to rush. I can't say enough positive things about him and his team. Even Megan the receptionist was cheerful and helpful. What a great staff!!! More

Haven't had the vehicle for 2 weeks and it's been in for repairs once and now second time coming up. Not too happy with the way vehicle is performing. Stuck with vehicle for 6 yrs and wanna make sure it's repairs once and now second time coming up. Not too happy with the way vehicle is performing. Friendly, definitely dependable, makes you feel more like a family than a customer. They take pride in their work and never let you walk away unsatisfied.
