As a result, I leased an electric EQB 350 SUV on Earth Day, which was very fitting and unplanned!. He made the selection and ourchase process look easy althogh it had many complex parts which he resolved such as insurance, financing. He guided me in my choice of the best car for my needs. During the test drive he demystified my anxieties about the new technology so that i would not be overwhelmed by it . He showed me how MB has implemented various choices to accomplish the same action in its cars to meet customers on all levels of technology experience. (I have been driving an 2007 SUV) He certainly rates a 10 on a scale of 1-5 for me! It was a pleasant, relaxed expeience for a .signficant purchase ( I don't buy cars often - usually keep them for a long time.) . I neve felt rushed or awkward during the process.
