This was BY FAR the BEST car purchasing experience I’ve ever had - and not just b/c I drove away in a Mercedes:-) Our salesman, Edward Moore, was incredible to work with- he took time to show me how every ever had - and not just b/c I drove away in a Mercedes:-) Our salesman, Edward Moore, was incredible to work with- he took time to show me how everything worked, which has definitely not happened when I’ve purchased other cars at other places. He helped me set everything up in the car and all the apps - which isn’t always intuitive in German cars. Not only did this slightly used certified-pre owned car have 4 brand new tires but they also included a brand new battery because it was going to need a new one fairly soon. They also gave me a great trade-in price for my VERY beat up old car. And the finance team was incredible too - I was prepared to use my own credit union to finance since those typically offer lower rates, but May Shyne worked her magic and found me a lower rate than I was expecting or prepared to pay. And the manager Jeff Moss was so helpful and attentive too! Everyone was truly so pleasant to work with, extremely honest, and so so so helpful (without ever being pushy). Everything about this experience was top notch and I will ALWAYS go back there for my future cars - and I’ll send all my friends and family there too!!!
