Last month, I had my first sales experience with MBSS and I'm pleased to say I couldn't be happier with the transaction! Starting with a late-night email notice of interest in a specific vehicle I had been looking for, I got a full email response with details on the car from my Sales Manager, Charles Miller, the next morning. Charlie invited me in to see and test drive the car. On arrival, I met Charlie immediately. We discussed and viewed the car; he offered a test drive and answered all of my questions in a no sales pressure atmosphere. As much as I may have tried to hide it, Charlie knew I wanted the car. He worked with me to make sure all of my documentation was received timely and kept me informed by email and text every step of the way! Overall, I'm really grateful for Charlie's expert guidance and MBSS' continued excellence in sales and service!
