I just had the BEST car‑buying experience at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree — and trust me, I’m not usually someone who says that about dealerships. Gerry Gorham my salesperson was an absolute rockstar (literary): friendly, honest, and completely on top of every detail. No pressure, no runaround, just real help from someone who clearly knows their stuff. I’m still buzzing. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly fun. I was one very happy customer with the purchase of my 2025 Toyota Corolla. Gerry Gorham went to great lengths to find exactly what I was looking for. What pleased me the most about your dealership and th 2025 Toyota Corolla. Gerry Gorham went to great lengths to find exactly what I was looking for. What pleased me the most about your dealership and the salesperson, was that I still felt comfortable enough to reach out to Gerry when there was something this senior citizen couldn't figure out. I know there is an Owner's Manual that came with the car but I am more of a hands-on person. He's been very patient with me. I couldn't figure out how to use the Toyota app on my phone, I called Gerry and he walked me through it. I didn't realize that I had an SOS call button, called Gerry and he explained what it is and what it does, it's a great feature and I have used it now that I know what it is. Most recently, he reminded me that I needed to bring my car in for service and I now have an appointment. I find it refreshing that sales and Gerry aren't through with helping me long after the purchase. I may have other questions and I know it'll be OK to reach out to Gerry again. Great customer service!! More
