Customer Service At It’s Best Maria Morrone at Lexus of North Miami was a pleasure to work with. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, non- pressuring and made the process much more enjoyable than I was anticipating. From the first time I contacted the dealership, they were very responsive and friendly. There were no gimmicks or pressure to get me to look at cars above my price range. I was immediately able to test drive the car that I had called about. She accepted a competing trade-in offer which was a little higher than their trade-in offer without giving me any problems or attitude. It felt like Maria was on my side to help me get the car that I wanted at the best price possible. I wasn’t able to purchase the car on the day that I came in and so when I came in the next day to complete the transaction, Maria had $600 taken off of the original price that we had negotiated on. I have always purchased my cars to CarMax because I did not want to go through fighting with the dealership about price and financing. All of that was avoided with Maria at Lexus of North Miami. The process was very straightforward and easy and only took a few hours from start to finish. I left feeling like I got a great car had a great price. Thank you so much Maria for helping our family out. We really appreciate everything you did for us. I will definitely be back for my next car. More
