I've leased 4 cars through Yoni Edery and each and every time, my experience and respect for his work escalades. There's something to be said about receiving great customer service from a luxury dealership and the ability of people to consistently deliver it. Yoni exceeds that expectation. I can honestly say that throughout the lifetime of my car experience with Yoni, there has not been one time where I wasn't taken care of. From the first moment you meet Yoni till the day you return the car (to get another one from him of course) he does not just treat you like another customer, he treats you like family. That is what differentiates Yoni from every other GM I've worked with. It's not about what is best for the dealership, its always about what is best for you. When someone has the ability to meet your needs consistently, deliver solutions, conduct business in respectful manner, and make you never doubt something, you know you are in good hands. This is my 4th Lexus that I lease since 2005. My last 3 leases were from the Pembroke Pines location; where Yony Edery ALWAYS assisted me. He is now the GM at North Miami, so I followed him. What an assets to your group! He is a wonderful person and makes sure everything is running GREAT... SALES Person: Matthew Silva: This was my first time at the North Miami location, Mathew was the Sales person that assisted me and from the minute he greeted me till I drove off the lot with my new lease; the experience was awesome. Matthew was able to educate me on the new features from one model to the next and answered all my questions. He spent more than 6 hours with me, made sure that my trade in was empty and ensured that I had everything with me. Matthew walked me through the basics of the car and taught me some new features. Matthew was very enthusiastic and charming personally of interacting with me the entire time made time very pleasant and pass fairly quickly.
