After diagnosing the issue, we provided recommendations for the necessary repairs. However, since there wasn’t an agreement to move forward with those repairs, the underlying issue wasn’t addressed, which is likely why the vehicle's performance has not improved. Keith is always friendly and professional. My only surprise was that the car hadn't been put through the car wash even though it was sitting there for 4 days, plus my battery that they had re My only surprise was that the car hadn't been put through the car wash even though it was sitting there for 4 days, plus my battery that they had replaced was sitting on the floor of my back seat with no explanation, though I got one later. Finally, it was expensive and I wasn't sure how well they inspected the brakes on the multipoint inspection, but I will bring it back if there's any problem. Car felt good driving home. Thanks! More
