Salesperson misrepresented the options, told us nav and autostart were both available on the honda app but we couldn't try it until delivery. There was no delivery at all, I installed the app and added th autostart were both available on the honda app but we couldn't try it until delivery. There was no delivery at all, I installed the app and added the vehicle. He acted like he didn't know how to add the car to the app. Only thing done for us at delivery was tape the temp license on. I tried to follow with sales manager and he quit replying. I feel this was a very dishonest sale. More

He is above and beyond as an older senior I’m 76. He actually brought so many cars for me to test drive and look at and it was so cold out like -20. He was always so kind and I said I don’t know when He actually brought so many cars for me to test drive and look at and it was so cold out like -20.
