Matt and his team at Prestige made the leasing of my Volvo S60 a breeze. They went out of their way to make it as easy as possible. They offered to deliver the car to Lawrenceville NJ, over an hour away Volvo S60 a breeze. They went out of their way to make it as easy as possible. This is our 4th Volvo and 1st experience with Prestige Volvo and the BEST SALES TEAM we've worked with to-date. Each team member took great care to ensure exemplary service from the minute we walked in t Volvo and the BEST SALES TEAM we've worked with to-date. Each team member took great care to ensure exemplary service from the minute we walked in the door until the closing handshakes and pecks on the cheek. We got a very fair trade-in on our 2001 Volvo S80 and a really good COSTCO deal on the new XC60 T6. Matt spent enough time making sure we understood the options and values before putting together the spec sheets for us to take home and mull over. He also informed us of the financing options and provided an application to complete in advance. All was in order to speed the process. The necessary data had been entered online and the vehicles were ready for my final "color" decision on the second visit. Richard reviewed the required paperwork with me while Pat drew up the various documents and had the car "Bommerized". Before I drove off the lot, Richard helped me to update my insurance, programmed selected Sirius settings, connected my phone and demonstrated the operation of all the new features. In less than 3 hours I drove off the lot with a Prestige VOLVO Lenny bear in the back seat. My husband was really surprized Prestige had completed the whole transaction in so short a time enabling me to drive home with the new vehicle that day. I feel certain that my after-sale experience with this organization will match the high level of quality service demonstrated so far. More

I experienced the unexpected at Prestige Volvo, and thanks to Joel and Matthew, the dealership has a customer for life. I was seeking to trade-in a vehicle and purchase a new vehicle. These types of tr thanks to Joel and Matthew, the dealership has a customer for life. I was seeking to trade-in a vehicle and purchase a new vehicle. These types of transactions can be a bit more complicated, however the team priced both the trade and the new XC 70 aggressively thereby making the deal happen. Often it is on the buyer to push, and negotiate, but Matthew and Joel understood what I was trying to accomplish and worked with me to make sure that happened, inside of just a few days. Pricing aside, the team was courtesous, thoughtful and professional. The delivery and financing went smoothly with everything prepared for me upon arrival. I have no doubt that the maintenance/ service experience will be similar. Needless to say, when the next of our cars comes off lease we will be back to see what Prestige Volvo has to offer.
