When we walked into the showroom we were looking for a different model from what we actually bought; however, based on Chris's explanations and recommendations that made good sense to us, we were able to different model from what we actually bought; however, based on Chris's explanations and recommendations that made good sense to us, we were able to buy an outstanding in stock vehicle. The service department promptly prepped the car and two days later we drove our Volvo XC60 home. When we picked the car up, Chris spent a good deal of time with us to explain the many functions of the car. He was most helpful and patient with our many questions. Both Matthew and Chris were most hospitable and made the difficult process of buying a car an enjoyable one. More

We had a wonderful experience at Prestige Volvo. The salesman we used was knowledgeable and eager to get us a car. This morning I got the general manager of Prestige Volvo's follow-up email. Long story short, I had some problems with my brand new XC60 and got very disappointed with Volvo. So I contacted Volvo. T Volvo's follow-up email. Long story short, I had some problems with my brand new XC60 and got very disappointed with Volvo. So I contacted Volvo. The next day, the rep from Volvo called me. But to my surprise, the general manager of my dealer also contacted me. And actually, he and his team acted as the best middlemen I've ever seen. You know, it is always nice to have some people you can trust and count on when you get into trouble. Finally, you bet, this dealership became my favorite and most trust one. One of my friend even asked me to go to the dealer with him and immediately bought a XC90 in an hour. I believe it is not only because I recommended this dealer to my friends but also because they really are doing an excellent business. So, when I replied to his email, I decided to post the original one to the Dealerrater because I want to share my true experience and feeling about the dealer with more friends. The following is the original... Good morning Matt, I am so glad to receive your follow-up email! So far, everything is going well with the new car. Although I got a little pity, ha-ha, yet I can understand it when I put my feet into Volvo's shoes, and I can feel that Volvo did try to do something to show her care about customers. I recently leased a new Volvo S60 from Prestige Volvo in East Hanover. Matt was a pleasure to deal with and was able to get me into a car that was within my budget range. Joel took me through every feature of the S60 and answered all of the questions I bombarded him with. Joel is knowledgeable, patient, and professional. If he is available, request that he takes you through the features of your new car. Matt also followed up with me a few days after I left to make sure I was happy with my new car and to see if I had any questions about any of the features. Overall, I have never had a better experience purchasing a new car. I will be visiting again soon when my wife is ready for a new car. I walked into Prestige Volvo knowing very little about the cars, but needing to take care of replacing my old car quickly and efficiently. I had actually known Matt Haiken but didn't realize he worked th the cars, but needing to take care of replacing my old car quickly and efficiently. I had actually known Matt Haiken but didn't realize he worked there. I was given detailed information on the different models and test drove two of them. I was taken care of immediately and wait times throughout the process were neglible. I was so impressed with the car and the dealership that this was the only place I went to. I told Matt that I was going to buy "a car" that day and his dealership was my first stop. His pricing and recommendations were good and I got my car three days later. Every step of the process was efficient, courteous and effective. I have only had the car for two days but so far, love everything about it. I was most pleasantly surprised by the experience. I would not hesitate to recommend friends, family and collegues to this dealership and look forward to a long business relationship with them. More

We were taken back by the level of commitment the dealership had in getting us into a new car. We had time left on our lease and they were determined to find a buyer for this car. Within 24 hours they had a buyer and had a new car ready for us. When we went in today everything went so smoothly from start to finish they even gave us a gift for our little one. Their team offered assistance for eery step including removing our baby seat from our car and installing into the new new one. They greeted us at the door and closed our doors on the new vehicles as they thanked us for their business.
