I have owned Volvo’s for over 30 years - same dealership - different service managers - but they always perform at the top of their game and provide me with excellent service! This past visit Bob Knott wor - different service managers - but they always perform at the top of their game and provide me with excellent service! This past visit Bob Knott worked with me and he is quite competent, professional, warm and welcoming. Quite frankly, I would only drive Volvo cars and only go to Prestige Volvo. The service techs are excellent and every experience I have - whether it’s a scheduled service or an emergency that creates anxiety and stress for me - is addressed in the very best and professional manner. Prestige Volvo is hands down the best dealership you will ever come across. The sales and service departments are second to none. I have dealt with Bob Knott in service for years and I am always impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles, professionalism and pleasant demeanor. Bob is a huge asset to Prestige. People like Jay and Bob are the reason I keep going back to Prestige. Although I am still enjoying my 7th vehicle from Prestige, I will, without a doubt, be back when it's time for a new one. More
