I had my serviced and my issues were resolved. When I sent my car to the technician. my electric seats were working. Someone at Salerno Duane moved my seat all the way back and I was not able to m When I sent my car to the technician. my electric seats were working. Someone at Salerno Duane moved my seat all the way back and I was not able to move my seats to a comfortable position. I tried to call for a couple of days and no one answered the phone. A young lady transferred me to 808 277 6700 ext. 3112. I did not receive a return call. I finally had the opportunity to speak with someone on 02/18/2025. Salerno needs to change the Fixed Operations Director's name; Rich Hoffman. When your car is serviced, and you have an issue, they give that name and the number listed above. He is no longer work at this place. I was advised that the expense would be my responsibility. More

Good communication and did not try to put in additional costs like so many other places do. Stayed within the estimated number. Communication was excellent and the issue with the Jeep was repaired the same day. Matt explained the situation well.
