I worked with Matt "the beard" McDonald for my new vehicle purchase. I had met Matt a couple of years ago when he first started with Front Royal Ford. He was very patient with my husband and I at t vehicle purchase. I had met Matt a couple of years ago when he first started with Front Royal Ford. Matt would check in over the years to see how we were doing and always let us know he was willing to help at anytime. The day finally came that I was ready to get something bigger than the car I was in and I kept my promise to Matt, that my purchase of a vehicle would be through him. So I went in there and spoke to Matt about the vehicle I wanted to purchase and we sat down and got the paperwork completed. Matt is a great person to work with and I highly recommend speaking to him when you want your next car. The process was very easy and didn't take that long at all. Patricia was a great help in the finance department as well, she got me out in no time. I am positive that I will be back in the future for any other purchases we decide to make. More
