Donnie was amazing to work with and made sure that I was
able to get my truck back quickly. He was also understanding of my busy schedule and kept following up with me to ensure that I got the work done. No

Not only that, but he was funny and engaging on the phone and made me feel like they were all happy to help. And, roughly a week later, after receiving over 3 1/2 feet of snow on Old Fort Rd., my driver's side wiper blade wouldn't work. So I made the call of shame to Toyota. I expected to be told that it was likely broken and that I wouldn't be able to get it in to the service center quickly and that, even if I could, it would take forever to get fixed. Nope! Joe walked me through what I should do, but I'm a chick, so I asked if I could come in and Joe welcomed me in and said he'd have it fixed in a few minutes. And he did! I literally cannot say enough good things about Klamath Falls Toyota and the people that work there... especially Donnie and Joe!
