I bought a Tacoma truck. I paid for a 3 inch lift. It took them over a month to get the truck to me. 3 times they had to redo it. Finally I took it to Les Schwab and they mad I paid for a 3 inch lift. It took them over a month to get the truck to me. 3 times they had to redo it. Finally I took it to Les Schwab and they made it drivable but it still rubs when going through shallow dips in the highway. BUYER BEWARE THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. They also owe me money on a bumper they never installed and I’ve been waiting for a credit for over a month. They did say they were sorry multiple times. I agreed. Truly they are sorry! They gave me a key chain for my trouble. Parts department, and sales would just deflect and tell me to talk to a manager. Only to find managers were always in a meeting. First Toyota truck I have ever bought. More
