My experience with Lexus of Cleveland and everyone I worked with was just perfect. Matt was my salesman, Tom from trade ins was great and Rick in finance made the experience great. I had just come in of worked with was just perfect. Matt was my salesman, Tom from trade ins was great and Rick in finance made the experience great. I had just come in off a flight and stopped in but am so glad I did. I brought home my dream car and they put me in tears by treating me like a person. I will be getting service done there even though there is another dealer closer. Highly recommend. More
