Never again let down and ignored. Two cars still have issues yet to be fixed. We Reached out to owner, nothing management run around and ultimately is a big let down. Geneva from Lokey Volkswagen in Clearwater did a great for me! She worked a deal and was always meeting everyone with a smile and a "no worries" attitude! Mr Joe is amazing at his job! ! Does the necessary research for what you are looking for in your next car, color, specs, the price of a vehicle that is in your budget. Listens to e ! I believe in writing honest reviews and not sugar coating as there is no value in such actions. My experience and expectations have been met so this keeps me returning to Lokey VW.
