I had a 6 month routine appointment for an oil change, new oil filter, and a tire rotation. I also had a new engine air filter installed during the appointment. Matt was great. . Friendly, Professional. I loved the pictures taken of the parts showing wear. I did some research about the turbo intermittently not working. Found . Friendly, Professional. Found there could be a problem with the Waste Gate or Turbo Sensor..no need to replace the turbo. We are monitoring the oil consumption as well with your help to remind us to check it. Not happy with what happened when I was picking up the loaner. The loaner was covered in snow ! The whole vehicle, couldn't see out any of the windows! Covered the windows which were also frozen. Then aft loaner. The loaner was covered in snow ! The whole vehicle, couldn't see out any of the windows! Covered the windows which were also frozen. Then after I cleaned it off started driving it home ,the first light was red so I stopped, the Sorento I thought had died. I was in a panic 2 blocks from the dealership, I took a chance and pushed on the gas pedal and it started. Turning it in I then find out its made to do that. Would have been nice for someone to tell me about it. Fixed my truck looks great ! Thank you More
