I had tires shipped from Tire Rack directly to BMW of Westlake, and Matthew took care of the entire process. Once the shipment arrived, they quickly scheduled me in. I also needed spark plugs replaced on Westlake, and Matthew took care of the entire process. Once the shipment arrived, they quickly scheduled me in.
