Kenny is such a fun, knowledgeable, and friendly young man who helped my husband and I in numerous ways when we were looking for our fifth Mini. Kenny works so hard to answer all of our questions and keeps in touch throughout the whole process. Not only was this our fifth Mini (our first was my teal convertible in 2017), but I’ve already ordered our 6th one- a yellow convertible which will be here in April sometime. I got the runaround regarding my trade-in when they owed me a check for it and a check for my deposit. It took them almost 6 weeks to get the money to me and I know how dealers work they wrote the checks on me a check for it and a check for my deposit. It took them almost 6 weeks to get the money to me and I know how dealers work they wrote the checks on December 31, so they could close out their books Furthermore, not even mailing them until Around January even though my trade-in and my deal was completed on November 18. I was informed when I traded that I would get my checks within two weeks. It took six weeks totally unacceptable. More
