Outstanding experience. This is our 6th Acura lease. Naples Acura and Marvin Guerrier have been unbelievable. From our first text contact with Zack, the continuing follow This is our 6th Acura lease. From our first text contact with Zack, the continuing follow through by Marvin and the efficiency of the paperwork by Scott was exceptional compared to our previous Acura dealerships in Kansas and Texas. Marvin continued to follow-up for several days to be sure we really were satisfied with our RDX. Never have had such personal attention from a car dealership. We look forward to a continued long relationship. We should note that we live about 144 miles from the dealership and planned to stay overnight in Naples. My current lease was coming up in a few months and found the exact car (color, interior, options) in stock. So.....conducted most of the transaction online, arrived at Naples Acura about 1 p.m. on our way to visit family (another 140 miles away)...Marvin had the car prepped, ready to go with our selected dealer installed options, showed us how to use the new features of the RDX...Zack had all the final numbers in place...Scott was ready for us in finance and we were out the door around 4 p.m. with enough time to comfortably check-in to our Naples hotel, shower and make our 5:30 p.m. dinner reservations. We call that amazing and outstanding service to their customers. More

Dealership clean and friendly, however they make it too hard to purchase a car. Marvin our sales person was great. Answered every question and helped us find the car we wanted. Management was unable to help. When appointments are made between parties, they should be kept. Service department does a very good job. More

I have known Ross for 12 years. I have been an Acura customer since 1996. I have leased cars every 3 years at different dealerships in the northern states. Since I moved to Florida, Naples Acura has been my dealership. Everyone is friendly and helpful in every situation. Ross is the best general manager I have ever met. He takes care of everything and everyone. A family member who also uses Naples Acura asked me if I had ever been in the service area. I was curious why she asked me that. She said that she had never seen such a clean floor in any car repair shop. Continuing with the Ross Levy review, he is trustworthy. He is like my Acura's personal doctor. And they have the best coffee latte. More
