I brought my car in because of a thumping during acceleration. It took 2 days and calling and texting several times to find out that my transmission would need to be replaced. The car was kept for acceleration. It took 2 days and calling and texting several times to find out that my transmission would need to be replaced. The car was kept for 2 weeks I was told I would be reimbursed for 5 days rental. I had to continually initiate communication. When I finally learned I would get my car back I was told the transmission would need to learn how I drive…the issue is not only still happening but is actually worse. More
