At times felt like a 3 ring circus Lots of hoops jumped through.poor customer service from the sales department.terrible contact and return of calls!lack of communication.never offered Lots of hoops jumped through.poor customer service from the sales department.terrible contact and return of calls!lack of communication.never offered any incentives of vehicle then when approached about it manager did Dave Reali did try and do the right thing.was never told about first oil change was free on kia and salesman seemed to not care about overall satisfaction.no follow up about car after it needed servicing for a seat replacement that I found at time of delivery.seat had a slice in in.they offered to patch it on a brand new car.then was told it would take a week for replacement of seat took about a month.car was not even detailed at delivery time but did do so after seat replacement per my request.asked For compensation for my multiple travels for deal and service of new seat was Given.rubber floor mats and 75 dinner gift certificate from a restaurant of their choice..better that nothing I suppose. More

Nice place, but many screw ups I left them a pretty good review a year ago, but then I had to comeback this year 3 times to fix the water in the tail light issue and another defect. I left them a pretty good review a year ago, but then I had to comeback this year 3 times to fix the water in the tail light issue and another defect. Well, after it rained, the water still got there. Apparently, the tech did not tighten the bolts. Now I have to waste another half day for them to blow the tail light and tighten it. Another time I scheduled an appointment for a pretty serious safety recall, dropped off the car and when I picked it up after work, I was told they ran out of parts and have to reschedule. How does that happen when you book an appointment for this specific reason? Oh, and the sales people...they think we still live in the 80's. Treat you like I can't look up information online to figure out how much a particular car would cost. More
