Very positive experience once again. We continue to return to Destination Kia because of the people, the personal consideration, and the good deals. We have been Kia owners for years and We continue to return to Destination Kia because of the people, the personal consideration, and the good deals. We have been Kia owners for years and have been to other Kia dealers at times but in our case Destination Kia out performs in many areas. We usually request our sales rep by name ... recently we deal with Dillon Wagner - great customer support! He uses his knowledge of the vehicles and our concerns to fit us with the best deal. Thanks! Also, we met Tim in finance this time. Great customer care, clear explanations of options, and very friendly. In all my different times I’ve needed to come here (for both sales and service) I’ve never felt pressured, intimidated, or that my time is wasted. I can’t say the same for other dealers ... By the way we also met James the owner this time. Very positive experience with him - he made us feel very welcome at the dealership. More

Great as always I have purchased previously at Destination Kia and had a great experience. This time I had brought my car in for service and found it irreparable. Thr I have purchased previously at Destination Kia and had a great experience. This time I had brought my car in for service and found it irreparable. Three hours later i drove off the lot in a new 2020. Damon was phenomenal. Pat and Bubba in service were exceptionally helpful. Great team. Great place to buy a car! More

At times felt like a 3 ring circus Lots of hoops jumped through.poor customer service from the sales department.terrible contact and return of calls!lack of communication.never offered Lots of hoops jumped through.poor customer service from the sales department.terrible contact and return of calls!lack of communication.never offered any incentives of vehicle then when approached about it manager did Dave Reali did try and do the right thing.was never told about first oil change was free on kia and salesman seemed to not care about overall satisfaction.no follow up about car after it needed servicing for a seat replacement that I found at time of delivery.seat had a slice in in.they offered to patch it on a brand new car.then was told it would take a week for replacement of seat took about a month.car was not even detailed at delivery time but did do so after seat replacement per my request.asked For compensation for my multiple travels for deal and service of new seat was Given.rubber floor mats and 75 dinner gift certificate from a restaurant of their choice..better that nothing I suppose. More
